Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, atezolizumab and tiragolumab, can help control cancer of unknown primary. It is for adults whose cancer has spread and who have already tried or cannot have standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and to monitor its safety.
