Summary
This study tested whether two lab-made antibodies (VRC01LS and 10-1074) could keep HIV under control in 30 children in Botswana who started treatment very early. The children stopped their regular HIV pills and received antibody infusions instead. Researchers checked for side effects and whether the virus stayed suppressed. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce the need for lifelong daily medication.
