New antibody targets Hard-to-Treat skin cancer in first human trial

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called DT-7012 for people with a rare type of skin lymphoma (CTCL) that has not responded to other treatments. The drug is an antibody designed to find and kill cancer cells in the skin and boost the immune system. About 30 adults with advanced mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome will receive the drug to see if it is safe and what dose works best.
