Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called DSP-0390 in 39 adults whose high-grade glioma (a fast-growing brain cancer) has come back after prior treatment. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must be in fairly good health and have recovered from side effects of earlier therapies.
