Summary
This study is testing a laser treatment called DSLT to see if it can safely lower eye pressure in people with pigmentary glaucoma, a condition that can damage the optic nerve. About 45 adults will receive the laser and be monitored for 12 months. The goal is to reduce the need for daily eye drops and prevent vision loss.
