Summary
This study compared two different eye drops (Systane PRO and Refresh Optive Mega-3) to see which one works better for people with dry eye. Twenty adults with moderate dry eye symptoms were enrolled, but the study was stopped early. Participants filled out questionnaires about their eye comfort and symptoms.
