Eye drop showdown: which works best for dry eyes during cataract surgery?

Summary
This study compares two common eye drop treatments for people with dry eye disease who are having cataract surgery. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to use either Rebamipide or Diquafosol drops in the eye having surgery, starting one month before the procedure and continuing for three months after. The goal is to see if one treatment is as good as the other at improving eye comfort and tear film stability during the surgery recovery period.
