NCT ID NCT05051436
Summary
This study is testing if two existing medications, mirabegron and tadalafil, can help reverse prediabetes in obese adults. Researchers will give 96 participants either one drug, both drugs, or a placebo for 14 weeks to see if their blood sugar control improves. The goal is to see if these drugs can stop prediabetes from turning into full diabetes.
