Scientists trace experimental Drug's journey through the body

NCT ID NCT07219017

Summary

This study aimed to understand how the body processes and eliminates an experimental drug called ABBV-1354 (Icalcaprant). Eight healthy adult men received a single oral dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive carbon to help track the drug. Researchers measured how much drug was absorbed, how long it stayed in the body, and how it was removed through urine and feces, while also checking for safety.
