NCT ID NCT07570069
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early-stage study will enroll 18 healthy adults to see how taking efavirenz (a drug used for HIV) changes the levels of suzetrigine, an experimental pain medication, in the body. Researchers will measure drug concentrations in the blood and check for side effects. The study does not aim to treat pain, but to gather important safety and drug interaction information.
