Summary
This early-stage study looks at how three common drugs (itraconazole, rifampin, and midazolam) affect the levels of an experimental drug called SIM0270 in the body. About 60 healthy Chinese adults aged 18 to 55 will take part. The goal is to gather safety and drug interaction information, not to treat any disease.
