First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at how two common drugs (itraconazole and probenecid) change the way the body processes a new experimental medicine called PF-07220060. It involved 25 healthy adults who took the experimental drug alone and then again with the other drugs. The goal was purely to gather information on drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
