Summary

This study aimed to see how two malaria medications, artemether-lumefantrine and amodiaquine, interact in healthy adults. It enrolled 8 healthy Thai volunteers and measured drug levels in the blood. The study was terminated early, so results are limited. It does not offer any treatment benefit to participants.
