NCT ID NCT07308041

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at how taking linaprazan glurate (a GERD drug) for seven days changes the way the body processes the antibiotic amoxicillin. Twelve healthy adults took amoxicillin before and during linaprazan glurate treatment, and researchers measured drug levels in the blood. The goal was to understand any drug interactions, not to treat a disease.
