Summary

This study looked at how itraconazole, an antifungal drug, changes the way the body processes HRS-8080, a medicine being developed for breast cancer. Sixteen healthy adults took HRS-8080 alone and then with itraconazole to measure drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand potential drug interactions before testing in patients.
