Healthy volunteers test drug combo for future breast cancer treatment

This study looked at how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) changes the way the body handles a new experimental breast cancer drug (HRS-8080). Sixteen healthy adults took HRS-8080 alone and then with itraconazole to measure drug levels and safety. The goal was to gather information for future dosing decisions, not to treat any disease.
