Summary
This phase 1 study looked at how the drug casdatifan interacts with two other drugs (itraconazole and phenytoin) in 14 healthy adults. The goal was to see how these drugs affect the levels of casdatifan in the body and to check for any side effects. The results will help guide future dosing of casdatifan.
