Summary
This study looked at how the drug carbamazepine changes the way the body handles another drug called PF-07220060. Fourteen healthy adults took part in two periods: first, they took a single dose of PF-07220060 alone, then later they took carbamazepine for several days before another dose of PF-07220060. Blood samples were collected to measure drug levels, and safety was monitored. This is a knowledge-gathering study, not a treatment for any disease.
