Healthy volunteers to test how common drugs alter new Medicine's effects

NCT ID NCT07590102

First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at how a new drug, BGB-58067, is processed by the body when taken with two other common medicines. One medicine (phenytoin) speeds up the liver enzyme that breaks down BGB-58067, while the other (itraconazole) slows it down. The goal is to see how these interactions change drug levels in the blood. Thirty healthy adults will participate to help guide future dosing recommendations.
