Healthy men needed to test how common drugs change new medicine levels
NCT ID NCT07242781
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at how two common drugs (itraconazole and rifampin) change the amount of AR-LDD (BMS-986365) in the blood of healthy adult men. About 42 participants will take AR-LDD alone and then with each other drug to compare levels. The goal is to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
