Summary
This study aimed to understand how taking multiple doses of the cancer drug selpercatinib (LOXO-292) changes how the body processes a single dose of the sedative midazolam. It involved 16 healthy adult participants and lasted about 6 weeks. The main goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to check for interactions and collect safety information.
