Summary
This early-stage study in 60 healthy Chinese adults checks how the drugs itraconazole, rifampin, and midazolam change the levels of a new medicine called SIM0270 in the body. Participants take SIM0270 alone and with each other drug to see if there are any interactions. The study does not treat any disease and is only for gathering safety and drug-level information.
