Early test: can you take cancer pill with tums?

Summary
This is an early-phase study to see if common heartburn medicines (famotidine/Pepcid and rabeprazole/Aciphex) change how the body processes an experimental cancer drug called nirogacestat. It will enroll 24 healthy adult men to measure drug levels and check for safety. The goal is to understand potential drug interactions before testing in cancer patients.
