Summary
This study aimed to understand how a new extended-release pain medication (NAL ER) interacts with two existing drugs for lung scarring (pirfenidone and nintedanib). It involved 132 healthy adult volunteers to measure drug levels in the body and check for safety when these medications are taken together. The goal was to gather basic information on potential drug interactions before future testing in patients.
