Scientists test drug Mix-Ups in healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT05338489
Summary
This study aimed to understand how two common medications, itraconazole and rifampin, affect how the body absorbs and removes the cancer drug selpercatinib. It involved 24 healthy adult participants who took selpercatinib alone and then with the other drugs. The goal was to gather safety information and learn about potential drug interactions to guide future use in patients.
