Summary
This study compares two treatments for coronary artery disease: a drug-coated balloon and a drug-coated stent. The goal is to see which works better for patients who have a high risk of bleeding and need a simpler procedure. About 470,000 adults will be followed to check for major heart events and bleeding complications.
