Summary
This study explores whether dream yoga practices can improve sleep and reduce anxiety. About 70 healthy adults with mild anxiety will use virtual reality and home sleep technology to learn these techniques. The goal is to understand how these practices affect brain activity and dreaming, not to provide treatment.
