Summary

This study tested a powder called Dream Powder to see if it improves sleep in adults who have trouble sleeping. Forty participants took a placebo for 2 weeks, then the real powder for 4 weeks. They tracked sleep using a Fitbit and answered questionnaires about sleep quality and energy levels.
