Summary

This pilot study is testing a sleep health program designed for couples. The goal is to see if it can improve sleep and lower blood pressure in partners. 50 couples will participate in an 8-week program that includes sleep coaching, goal-setting, and monitoring. The study will also look at how the couple's relationship affects the results.
