Paddling toward recovery: dragon boats tested against home workouts for breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07162298
Summary
This study compares two exercise programs to help women recover after breast cancer surgery. Researchers want to see if 12 weeks of supervised dragon boat racing with a coach works better than following exercise videos at home alone. They will measure changes in body composition, physical ability, and overall quality of life in 72 participants.
