Summary
This study tests a new drug called AEF0217 to see if it can improve daily living skills in adults and older teens with Down Syndrome. About 188 participants will take either the drug or a placebo daily for 24 weeks. Researchers will check changes in behavior, thinking, and quality of life through clinic visits and phone calls.
