This study is creating a large collection of biological samples and health information from people with and without Down syndrome. The goal is to provide approved researchers with materials to study conditions linked to Down syndrome, like heart defects, Alzheimer's, and leukemia. Participants provide samples like blood and saliva and allow access to their health records over several years.
