First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how the HIV drug doravirine works in pregnant women. Researchers want to find the right dose to keep the virus under control and protect the baby. About 76 pregnant women with HIV will take either doravirine or standard HIV medication starting in the second trimester. The study will measure drug levels in the blood, breastmilk, and cord blood to ensure safety and effectiveness.
