Second chance cells: new treatment tested for failing transplants

Summary
This study is testing a treatment called a 'donor cell boost' for adults whose stem cell transplants aren't working well or have failed. The goal is to help the patient's body rebuild healthy blood counts by giving them more specially selected cells from their original donor. Researchers will see if this helps restore blood cell production and monitor for side effects.
