Summary

This program provides access to the drug domperidone for young people aged 12-21 who have severe gastroparesis (stomach paralysis) or GERD that hasn't improved with standard treatments. Participants take the medication four times daily and are closely monitored with regular heart checks and blood tests due to potential side effects. The goal is to control symptoms and improve quality of life for those who have no other treatment options.
