First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study compares a smartphone app called DOMINO to the strict low FODMAP diet for managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). About 110 adults with IBS will use either the app or follow the low FODMAP diet to see which better reduces belly pain, bloating, and other symptoms. The goal is to find a simpler, effective way to control IBS without complicated meal planning.
