Summary

This study tests whether adding dog-assisted therapy to standard psychomotor therapy can improve quality of life for adults with hard-to-treat epilepsy. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, anxiety, and seizure frequency after 10 sessions. The goal is to see if interacting with a trained therapy dog can help people better manage emotions and feel better day-to-day.
