First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two exercise approaches—Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and the Feldenkrais Method—to see which better improves agility, balance, and endurance in male cricket players. Forty-two players aged 18-30 from a club in Pakistan will be split into two groups, each doing one method for 50 minutes per session. Their performance will be measured using standard tests like the T-test and plank test.

What this could lead to
If successful, this could point toward better training methods for cricket players to improve agility, balance, and endurance.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with only 42 participants from one club, so results may not apply to all athletes. It compares two methods but does not test a new drug or treatment.
