First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether DNA markers in urine, vaginal, and cervical samples can accurately predict endometrial cancer risk in women with postmenopausal bleeding. About 600 participants will provide samples and undergo standard ultrasound. The goal is to find a less invasive way to identify who needs further testing, potentially avoiding unnecessary biopsies.
