New breathing support could save tiny lungs

Summary
This study tests a new type of breathing support (NIV-NAVA) for very premature babies (born at 23-28 weeks) who are being taken off a ventilator. The goal is to see if this smarter support helps them breathe on their own without failing within 5 days, compared to standard support. About 478 babies will take part across multiple hospitals.
