Toys and videos tested to calm Kids' dental fears
NCT ID NCT06976047
Summary
This study looked at whether simple distractions could help young children feel less anxious and experience less pain during a common dental injection. Researchers tested 100 children aged 4-6, comparing kids who watched videos or used sensory toys to kids who received no distraction. The goal was to find non-drug ways to make dental visits easier for kids and parents.
