Lyme disease in Immune-Suppressed patients under investigation

Summary

This study looks at cases of severe Lyme disease (disseminated borreliosis) in patients who have received anti-CD20 therapy, a type of immune-suppressing treatment. Researchers want to describe the symptoms, severity, and progression of the infection in these patients. The study will include up to 100 people in France who had confirmed Lyme disease within 24 months of receiving anti-CD20 treatment between 2010 and 2025.
