Summary

This study will test whether a disposable endoscope works well for certain stomach and esophagus procedures (e-POEM and g-POEM) in 40 adults with achalasia or gastroparesis. The goal is to see if the single-use scope is effective, safe, and easy for doctors to use. All participants will receive standard medical care, and no experimental treatments are involved.
