Summary
This study tested whether a special camera procedure called drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) can help doctors choose the right non-CPAP treatment for people with obstructive sleep apnea. 35 adults who could not use CPAP were enrolled. The goal was to see if DISE-guided treatment improved their breathing during sleep after 3 months.
