Discarded embryos may hold key to better IVF success
NCT ID NCT07429097
First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at embryos from IVF that are not good enough to use, to find out what makes them stop growing. Researchers will check the embryos' genes and other molecules to see patterns linked to chromosome problems. The goal is to learn more about embryo quality so doctors can pick the best embryos for future treatments. About 150 people having IVF will donate their unused embryos for this research.
