Summary
This study tested a disaster preparedness education program in 68 people with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot. The program aimed to improve how ready they are for disasters, how well they care for their feet, and their confidence in foot care. Participants were split into two groups: one got the special education, the other got usual care. The results will show if this kind of teaching can make a difference.
