Summary

This study is testing a digital program designed to support the mental health and job satisfaction of doctors. It involves 293 physicians from Penn Medicine who will receive text messages, resource support, and access to peer groups. The goal is to see if this approach reduces depression, anxiety, and stress while improving overall well-being and resilience.
