First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looked at whether dentures made with a digital, 3D-printing process help people chew and swallow better than dentures made the traditional way. Fourteen adults with no teeth tried both types for three months each. Researchers measured how they ate a cracker, counting bites, chews, swallows, and total time.
