Summary
This study is testing whether a high-tech coaching app can help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their condition, potentially reducing or eliminating their need for diabetes medications. The app, called a 'Whole Body Digital Twin,' uses AI to analyze daily data on diet, sleep, and activity to give personalized lifestyle advice. Researchers will compare 150 participants using this digital system to those receiving standard medical care over one year.
