Can your smartwatch keep you young? london study tests tech for seniors

NCT ID NCT07112352

Summary

This study is testing whether it's practical to run a larger trial using digital tools to help older adults adopt healthier habits. It involves 30 people aged 65+ in London who are starting to feel less robust. Participants will use smartwatches and apps for 3-6 months, or receive standard health information, to see if the technology is easy to use and might improve activity, sleep, and frailty scores.
