Phone app aims to ease mental burden for breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study is testing short, easy-to-use digital activities delivered via a smartphone app to help breast cancer survivors manage distress and improve their wellbeing. It will involve 120 women who are within five years of their diagnosis and are experiencing elevated anxiety or depression. The goal is to see if these quick, personalized digital tools can effectively reduce symptoms and improve quality of life with minimal burden on the user.
